Saret, I wish I could email you directly to thank you for not giving up in

the quest to improve the services at VT. It is not easy and not always (Maybe never) rewarding but you are firm in your convictions and dedication to make VT a better venue for all people who want to visit for whatever reasons they may have. I have been reading your unwavering posts for years and you are a better man than I for having the determination to stick with it. I truly hope there are people/administrators who can make a difference, reading your posts and listening. Keep up the great work and know that there are at least one subscriber out there who appreciates you!
